An expert in curls and long hair, Thalia combines artistry with precision to create styles that celebrate natural texture and flow. With a background in education, she has a gift for patience, thoughtfulness, and connecting with people of all ages. Outside the studio, you can find Thalia sipping matcha, exploring the city, or diving into something creative.

Karen brings both artistry and precision to every appointment, with a special expertise in short haircuts. She’s known for her ability to listen deeply, making guests feel truly heard and leaving them confident in their style. With a calm and approachable presence, Karen creates a relaxed experience in the chair. Outside the studio, she enjoys painting, spending time with her family, and building meaningful connections with the people around her.

After 25+ years behind the chair, Megan founded Rainier in the wake of COVID—born from a love of connection and the families who sit in her chair. Splitting her time between Seattle and Georgia, she built Rainier as a space where every client feels welcome and every stylist can exhale. When she’s in town, Megan loves catching up with her clients and soaking in everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
