We want you to love your hair and feel like your best self when you leave our studio.
If something doesn’t feel quite right after your visit, please reach out — either to your stylist directly or to our team at Rainier. We promise to listen, make it right, and help you feel confident and cared for.
While we don’t offer cash refunds, we’re always happy to redo a service or connect you with another stylist to ensure you leave feeling seen, supported, and absolutely yourself.
